Friendno:4 offers complimentary shipping on all domestic and international orders. Shipping time for Turkey is 1–3 business days and the for the rest of the world is 5–7 business days. Please note that international customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. For domestic orders within Turkey, all duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price.For international shipments, all import duties, sales taxes, and related costs at the point of entry are covered by Friendno:4. This ensures your piece arrives without any additional charges or delays.

We hope each piece finds its rightful home — yet if you feel it’s not the right match, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned  items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original Friendno:4  packaging. Custom, engraved, or bespokeand some of limited edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact care@friendnumber4.com to initiate your return — our team will guide you through the process.Return shipping costs and any related duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If the returning an item purchased with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved, and will follow your card’s regular billing cycle. Please note that refunds made in installments will appear in the same number of installments as your original payment.

Each Friend piece is handcrafted with devotion. If your piece ever requires repair, please contact care@friendnumber4.com with your name, address, order number, and a short description of the issue.You will receive a repair authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the package before shipping. Friendno:4 offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to items purchased directly from friendnumber4.com.The items bought through one of our authorized retailers or third-party online stores must be returned to their original point of purchase, where their respective warranty will apply. A proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only, for current branded products purchased directly through our website.It does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear. on the nature of the issue, your piece will either be repaired or replaced with an item of equal value. Items outside the warranty period may still be accepted for repair at an additional charge, and we will do our best to restore each piece with the same care it was originally crafted.
