SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy regulates the principles regarding order preparation, shipping procedures, delivery conditions, and return processes for purchases made through the website operated by DEEM DEKORASYON TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA A.Ş. (“Seller”). This policy has been prepared to ensure that our customers experience a transparent, reliable, and clear order process.

Definitions:

  • Seller: Refers to the legal entity offering products for sale on the website and fulfilling the obligations set forth in this policy.

  • Buyer (Customer): Refers to the individual or legal entity who places an order, completes payment, and receives the product via the Seller’s website.


2. Order and Confirmation Process

When you place an order and complete the payment process on our website (“Website”), your order is received. The order becomes final once it is confirmed by the Seller. A confirmed order cannot be modified, canceled, or postponed by the Buyer unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to change product models and pricing as listed in the website’s product catalog at any time. Additionally, the Seller reserves the right to suspend sales, unilaterally terminate the contract, or cancel orders.


3. Pricing

Product prices are displayed next to each product on the website and are updated regularly. VAT and other applicable taxes are added to the prices. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and promotions without prior notice. The price valid at the time of order placement shall apply to that order. Shipping fees, bank commissions, and other related costs are not included in the product price.


4. Delivery

Before placing any order, the Buyer must select a delivery address via the website. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the order process.

Products are delivered against a shipping receipt or invoice issued by the Seller.

Orders will be shipped within 3 (three) business days if the product is in stock and delivered within 10 (ten) business days at the latest. Delivery times for out-of-stock products may vary depending on the production schedule. If the purchased product is unavailable, the Buyer will be informed by an authorized representative.

The product will be delivered to the Buyer’s address via the Seller’s contracted shipping/courier company. All orders are insured during shipment. Once the order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the Buyer’s registered email address.

After your order has been shipped, neither the delivery address nor the delivery date can be changed. However, you may use the courier company’s online services to manage your delivery.

Deliveries are made only on business days. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

Deliveries cannot be made to hotel addresses or P.O. boxes.

If the Buyer unjustifiably refuses to accept delivery, the Seller will invoice the Buyer for re-delivery costs, as well as all related logistics and administrative expenses. If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the Seller will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation completely. Any damages arising from late receipt of the product, costs resulting from the product being held by the courier company, or return shipments will be borne by the Buyer. The same applies if the delivery address is provided incorrectly.

Exceeding the delivery period shall not entitle the Buyer to claim compensation, cancel ongoing orders, or refuse to accept the goods upon delivery.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, wars, transportation blockages, etc.), delivery times may be extended.


5. Shipping Fees

All shipping and delivery-related costs are borne by the Buyer. The Buyer accepts and undertakes to pay all shipping, transport, tax, and other costs incurred for the delivery of the ordered product.


6. Risk and Responsibility

Ownership and all responsibilities related to the products transfer to the Buyer once the Seller hands over the goods to the shipping/carrier company. From that point onward, the Buyer is solely responsible for the protection, storage, and preservation of the products under appropriate conditions, as well as for any loss, damage, or deterioration.

The Seller cannot be held liable for any loss or damage occurring during or after shipment.


7. Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange purchased products (excluding customized products, items sent in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons, and discounted/promotional products) within 14 days, provided they are unused, in new condition, and include all protective elements and original tags.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, use, or any alteration from its original state.

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, consumers do not have the right to return or exchange non-defective products purchased in stores or other physical sales locations.

Customized orders and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be made in the original packaging with complete content. Used, damaged, or opened products will not be accepted.

Until the returned products reach the Seller, all responsibility lies with the Buyer. Return/exchange shipping costs are solely the Buyer’s responsibility. The Seller cannot be held liable for lost shipments. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed automatically to the Buyer’s credit card or original payment method within the specified timeframe.

The Buyer must check the outer packaging of the shipment upon delivery. Packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or damaged must not be accepted, and a report must be filed with the courier representative.

If a damaged product is accepted, it is deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition.

The Seller’s sole responsibility is to replace incorrectly shipped items or those with manufacturing or material defects. The Seller shall not be liable for defects arising after the product has been handed to the carrier or for any non-manufacturing issues.
